BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Plan for a city in ceremony

Palm Sunday to Easter Sunday. Dates are calendar dates, not room availability.

The official itinerary page currently lists 2026. Check the selected year before relying on any route or time.

Official procession schedules ↗

Confirm the daily route

Check official updates shortly before your visit. A procession time is not a guaranteed passing time beneath your balcony.

Choose walking shoes

Allow for cobbles, crowds and a final walk to the property. Save your arrival instructions before leaving.

Keep your schedule light

Leave generous time between transfers, meals and your room arrival. Ask your host for the best approach on your chosen day.

Plan your final approach

Ask your host for the entrance and recommended walking route. Do not assume a taxi can reach the door during processions. Confirm step-free access before booking if anyone in your group needs it.

BETWEEN PROCESSIONS

What to do nearby

Casa Art Sevilla places you beside some of Seville’s most important landmarks. Keep plans flexible because street access changes throughout Holy Week.

Cathedral and La Giralda

Begin at Plaza del Triunfo and admire the Cathedral and Giralda just moments from the property. Reserve monument tickets ahead and verify Holy Week opening hours.

Santa Cruz quarter

Walk through narrow lanes, shaded plazas and traditional courtyards. It is ideal for a short stroll or an early meal before returning for the next procession.

Archivo de Indias

Visit this UNESCO-listed landmark beside the Cathedral when it is open. Allow extra time for security and possible schedule changes during the week.

Tapas near the Cathedral

Plan lunch before peak procession hours. Ask the host for a same-day recommendation and reservation because nearby restaurants become very busy.

Setas de Sevilla

For a wider city view, the panoramic walkways and immersive experience generally take about 60–90 minutes. Check the official schedule and allow extra walking time during processions.

A simple plan for the day

Visit one nearby landmark in the morning, eat early, then return to Casa Art Sevilla well before the procession. Avoid stacking timed attractions on the same afternoon.

Opening times and street access may change during Holy Week. Confirm directly with each attraction before setting out.

VIEWING WITH CARE

The small rituals of a great vantage point

01 · Arrive calmly

Arrange arrival with your host before heading into the centre. Your confirmed room access hours determine when you can enter.

02 · Keep the way clear

Your reserved room is private to your group. Keep entrances and circulation areas clear, and supervise children near balconies.

03 · Observe the pause

Follow the atmosphere around you. During a silent passage or a saeta, lower your voice and keep photography discreet.

GOOD TO KNOW

A little clarity before you book

Is the price per person?

No. The advertised rate is per room, per day. Guest count does not multiply the room price, but your group must fit the room’s stated capacity.

Does a day reservation include an overnight stay?

This offer is for a daytime viewing experience. Do not assume overnight accommodation is included. Confirm room access hours and all inclusions before paying.

What is La Madrugada?

The overnight processions between Holy Thursday and Good Friday. They take place beyond the advertised waiter service ending at 23:30. Confirm any late-night room access separately; it is not implied by a day reservation.

What happens if it rains?

Check official procession announcements and ask for the property’s written weather and cancellation terms before booking. A room reservation does not guarantee that a procession will take place.

What should families or guests with reduced mobility check?

The building has a lift. Confirm the route to your selected space, toilets and any specific access needs with the host.
