- Guests may enter and leave the building freely during their reserved hours.
- The reservation covers only the rental of the balcony or salon. Food and drinks are not included and are charged as extras.
- Payment is required and is non-refundable.
- Outside food and drinks are permitted, but may only be consumed inside the rented room or salon.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace or at the entrance.
- Once the reservation is confirmed and payment received, cancellations, date changes and refunds are not permitted. The reservation is final.
- Animals are not permitted on the property.
