Reserve a space ↗The property
Casa Art Sevilla is a single exclusive property positioned directly on one of Seville’s most celebrated Holy Week procession routes — Calle Alemanes, the legendary exit point of the Carrera Oficial. Nearly 40 historic brotherhoods march directly beneath these balconies across the week, including the sacred Madrugada processions. Within it, three named private balconies — Flamenco, Matador, and Picador — each offer a distinct vantage point above the street, steps from the iconic Giralda. Placentines, the property’s salon, provides an intimate group setting with full procession views and dedicated waiter service.
